The Glen Loddon Homes story...Glen Loddon Homes’ facilities of today may be a long way from its humble beginnings in 1995 in a display home garage, but its founding principles of uncompromised quality and commitment to it’s clients has never changed. With an initial staff of five, Glen Loddon Homes quickly established itself as a market leader in the construction of high quality homes throughout central Victoria. In 2000, Glenn Wade joined Chris Ryan at the helm of the rapidly expanding company and together forged an enviable reputation throughout Central Victoria for both the quality of their homes and their absolute commitment to their local community. By using the best of local tradespeople and the best locally sourced products wherever possible, they have forged a strong bond with their local community. A bond enhanced by initiatives such as the building of the B-home, a major fundraising source which enabled the realization of Bendigo’s innovative Youth centre. Glen Loddon Homes moved to their current location at 53 Wills St. in 2001 and expanded the team to ten full-time employees including their own in-house drafting service which enabled clients the luxury of full design flexibility combined with fast turnaround times. In 2005 the site was redeveloped to provide a one-stop home building centre that allows for a showcase of the best of materials, building techniques and advice that is second to none. In 2007, Glen Loddon Homes opened its own joinery to once again ensure that their clients received the ultimate in quality, flexibility and service and move yet another step forward in providing their clients with a totally stress-free building experience. Today, Glen Loddon Homes continues to provide an exceptional level of service and quality to anyone who understands and seeks that difference.
