Kerrie is an essential member of the Glen Loddon team and uses her years of experience in the building and construction industry to manage client needs to the 'nth degree'.

Dealing with a client’s needs from accounts through to compliance and client handover; every day offers something new for Kerrie.

"Each day is very different and it is great to meet such a cross section of society and help them to fulfil their dream of building their ultimate home."

Kerrie, who has decided to settle in Bendigo, says that she really enjoys working with clients in and around the Bendigo area.

"Bendigo is a lovely big country town where the people are more laid back and easy going. I can’t think of a nicer place to live and work."

Kerrie’s top tips for people wanting to build:

  1. Now is a great time to build, so take the time to come in and talk to us.
  2. Know what your life stage is, as well as your lifestyle needs. This can really affect the type of house you build.
  3. Don’t go outside of your budget. It is better to start off smaller and work your way up rather than to stretch yourself too far.
  4. Get your finance completely finalised – if you don’t it can often slow down the process.
