Murray’s days are never the same and with managing numerous building projects at various stages, being on top of his game is his number one priority. An important member of the Glen Loddon team and one who is paramount to delivering your exceptional home on time and to budget, Murray’s 28 years in the building industry ensures you are in capable hands. "I am the middle man in the company, dealing with clients, sub contractors and liaising with other team members in the company. "Therefore it is really important for me to know how people tick and how they think and react. Because of this, I really concentrate on full communication so everybody enjoys the building process – it should be fun and exciting, not stressful." Murray’s main role is to co-ordinate the construction of your home from start to finish and nothing pleases him more than to sit down with clients at the end of the project and say, "we had a fantastic time". And he is driven to deliver this service to every client, regardless of the size and length of the build. "Building homes is an art and because we offer a full joinery service as well as excellent sales consultation and quoting, we really get involved in the design and process from the very start. It definitely is a team effort. Murray says the company is successful due to its committed and dedicated staff. "We have all been builders and our depth of experience is insurmountable. This gives us all the freedom to specialise in our areas of expertise and know that everyone will deliver to the highest level.
