Ian says some of the designs and requirements are complex, but it always helps to know exactly what a client wants to achieve and that it is possible to realistically build it. "It is important for people considering building to identify a block and have it surveyed and soil tested so we can give them a spot-on price. We need as much information as possible. Having a block surveyed and soil tested can get us to a closer price point without having to estimate factors that are unknown." Ian works in conjunction with the sales team to help clients create an individual home suited to their needs and lifestyle.
