Although the company has a range of quality standard floor plans, it is rare to build one exactly from the plans, says sales specialist Kellie Aveyard. "Many of our clients know what they want in a home and often come in with a rough sketch, a stack of magazine rip-outs demonstrating features they like or have a standard floor plan that they want modified."
